On July 25, 2016, Caleb Schwab, a 6-year-old boy from Hutchinson, Kansas, visited the Schlitterbahn Waterpark with his family. While enjoying the attractions, Caleb and his 8-year-old brother, Evan, decided to ride the "Vortex" water slide.
